Local government in Scotland is represented by the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA). Formed in 1975, COSLA exists to promote and protect the interests of councils in Scotland by providing a forum for discussion of matters of common concern.
COSLA (the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities) organises an annual competition to recognise outstanding quality of service to the public. All Councils across Scotland can enter projects that show high levels of customer service. We have achieved great success over the past few years, as our list of award winning projects shows. The 2008 award is shown in bold text.
