We may be able to help you cut down how much gas and electricity you use, and improve the energy-efficiency of your home.

Within 15 working days of you contacting our Energy Advice Team, we will give you accurate and unbiased advice on how to:

• make best use of your existing heating system;
• possibly save money on your heating bills;
• apply for any energy-efficiency grants that are available; and
• change your power supplier if you want

We may also help you negotiate with power companies on any problems you may have with fuel debt.
