There are lots of reasons why people find it hard to meet their housing rent and other debts, with unemployment, illness and bereavement all causes of reduced income.
Our Customer Finance and Support Team can help council tenants experiencing these problems. We can provide expert advice and assistance on:
- repayment arrangements
- housing benefits
- money advice
- debt management, and
- welfare rights issues.

- how to deal with your debt
- the six stages of managing debt, and
- how to complete a financial statement.
