Our Customer Finance and Support Team can help council tenants experiencing these problems. We can provide expert advice and assistance on:

• repayment arrangements
• housing benefits
• money advice
• debt management, and
• welfare rights issues.

We can also refer you to other agencies who can provide specialist advice and support.

• how to deal with your debt
• the six stages of managing debt, and
• how to complete a financial statement.
