Permanent housing

If you are assessed as being homeless and in priority need, the Council will make you an offer of permanent accommodation for a council property or refer you for rehousing to a housing association or other local landlord. You will get one offer of permanent housing. If you refuse this offer, you will have to leave the temporary accommodation and find your own accommodation.
