Grants to homeowners for improvement and repair work

If you are a homeowner, you can apply to us for a grant to help with improvement or repair work to your home.

If you are eligible to apply for a grant, our officers will:

• let you know we have received your grant application within seven working days
• approve your grant application within seven working days of receiving all of the information we need; and
• authorise your grant payment within seven working days of receiving the invoice - depending on a satisfactory inspection and supporting documents.
