We have a mediation service which in some cases helps neighbours to find peaceful solutions to disputes. Disputes referred to the mediation service are actioned within the following timescales.

They will also:

• offer those involved a range of mediation methods (ways to try and sort out the problem); and
• allow them to choose which method would be most appropriate.
