We have a mediation service which in some cases helps neighbours to find peaceful solutions to disputes. Disputes referred to the mediation service are actioned within the following timescales.

Offer those involved an initial mediation session
10 working days
They will also:
- offer those involved a range of mediation methods (ways to try and sort out the problem); and
- allow them to choose which method would be most appropriate.
