The Antisocial Investigations Team and Mediation Service is made up of two specialist teams that deal with complaints of neighbour nuisance and antisocial behaviour. Their aim is to resolve these complaints in a quick and fair way. Here are the performance statistics for the teams for the last three years.

Our figures are subjective to the number of cases which we are able to progress as well as the consideration parties give to one another. When viewing our statistics for maintained mediation agreements it must also be noted that mediation is voluntary and in order for success to be achieved all parties must be willing to participate and sustain their agreement. Our mediators continue to provide a quality service and aim to assist in helping neighbours reach an amicable agreement that gives a better quality of life to all.
