A £66 deposit is required when you book your ceremony.

If you have to cancel or change your civil marriage, there will be a cancellation fee of £66 which would be forfeited from your original deposit.

Civil marriage notice fees of £90 are also forfeited if the ceremony is cancelled after the notices have been lodged.

Marriage fees for all weddings

These fees apply to all marriages, whether religious or civil:

Civil marriage fees at a registration office or Paisley Town Hall

You can book a civil marriages up to one calendar year in advance. You will need to pay a deposit of £63 when you book your marriage ceremony.
