Working Parents
The Scottish Government has a new programme supporting working parents on a low incomes. It's called the Parental Employment Support Fund.
You could be eligible for help and support is any of these apply to you.
- Lone parent
- Disabled parent / parent with disabled children
- Parent with 3 or more children
- Parent from an ethnic minority
- Parent with youngest child under 1 years old
- Parent aged under 25

- learn new skills to enhance your employment prospects
- understand how to maximise your income and your benefits
- search for jobs and prepare for interviews
- link with employers looking for your skills and experience
- increase your income from employment
